Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2025
MagentaPro ("we," "us," "our") is an independent authorized retailer of T-Mobile. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
When you visit this website or call us, we may collect:
- Contact information you provide voluntarily — name, phone number, and email address (if you submit a callback form).
- Call data — the phone number you call from, time and duration of the call, and (where lawful and disclosed) call recordings for quality assurance and training.
- Device & browser data — IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps. This is collected automatically via cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies.
- Advertising identifiers — when you arrive from an ad, we may receive click identifiers (e.g., gclid) to attribute your visit to a campaign.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To connect you with an authorized T-Mobile sales agent by phone.
- To follow up about plans, devices, promotions, or activation status.
- To provide customer service and respond to your inquiries.
- To measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and improve our website.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
3. Call Tracking & Recording Disclosure
Calls placed to our advertised phone numbers may be tracked, monitored, and/or recorded for quality assurance, agent training, attribution, and compliance. By calling us, you consent to such tracking and recording where permitted by applicable federal and state law. If you do not consent, please end the call.
4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including:
- Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing pixels to measure campaign performance and show you relevant ads on other sites.
- Google Analytics (or comparable analytics tools) to understand how visitors interact with our site.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel and other ad-platform pixels, where applicable, for ad measurement and audience building.
- Call-tracking pixels from providers such as CallRail or equivalent services to attribute phone calls to marketing sources.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings or opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com.
5. How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to deliver our services:
- With T-Mobile USA, Inc. and authorized telecom partners to process activations, port your number, and fulfill orders.
- With service providers who help us operate our business — including hosting, call routing, CRM, analytics, and ad-platform vendors — under confidentiality obligations.
- When required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade your contact data to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
6. Your Rights & Choices
- Opt-out of marketing — reply STOP to any text, click "unsubscribe" in any email, or contact us to be removed from marketing lists.
- Access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us using the details below.
- California residents (CCPA/CPRA), and residents of other states with similar laws, may exercise applicable rights including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Do Not Track — our site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals, but we honor opt-outs submitted directly to us.
7. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information — including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), restricted access, and vendor due diligence. No internet transmission is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Call recordings and lead records are typically retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is legally required.
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
