Refund Policy

MagentaPro is an independent authorized retailer of T-Mobile. The wireless services, devices, accessories, and plans sold through our agents are ultimately fulfilled, billed, and supported by T-Mobile USA, Inc. or its designated carriers. As a result, refunds and returns are governed primarily by T-Mobile's official policies.
1. Carrier-Fulfilled Products & Services
Wireless plans, device financing agreements, accessories shipped by T-Mobile, SIM cards, and any line activation are fulfilled directly by T-Mobile. All sales and refunds for these products and services are subject to T-Mobile's official return, refund, and cancellation policies, which are available at t-mobile.com or through any T-Mobile retail location.
Typical T-Mobile policy highlights (subject to change by T-Mobile):
- New devices may be returned within T-Mobile's stated return window (commonly 14 days), subject to a possible restocking fee.
- Devices must be returned in original condition with all accessories and packaging.
- Service fees, taxes, and certain charges may be non-refundable once a line is activated.
- Trade-in valuations are final once received and inspected by T-Mobile.

2. Activations & Service Fees
Once a line has been activated, ported, or service has been initiated, the activation itself is generally non-refundable. Cancellation of service after activation is governed by T-Mobile's terms, which may include early termination charges or proration.
3. Items Sold Directly by MagentaPro
In the limited cases where MagentaPro sells an accessory or service directly (not via T-Mobile fulfillment), the following applies:
- Return window: 14 calendar days from delivery, in original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories.
- Restocking fee: Up to 15% may apply at our discretion.
- Non-returnable items: Opened SIM cards, prepaid airtime, digital codes, and personalized items.
- Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
4. No Guaranteed Refunds
MagentaPro does not promise or guarantee any refund outside the scope of T-Mobile's official policies or the limited direct-sale terms above. Eligibility for a refund is determined by T-Mobile or by us at our reasonable discretion based on the facts of each request.
5. How to Request a Refund or Return
- For T-Mobile-billed services or devices: contact T-Mobile Customer Care at 611 from your T-Mobile phone, call 1-800-T-MOBILE, or visit any T-Mobile store.
- For items sold directly by MagentaPro: call us at (888) 898-8313 within the return window with your order details. We will provide return instructions.
- For billing disputes related to T-Mobile service charges: please contact T-Mobile directly, as we do not control or process T-Mobile billing.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly by phone, and chargebacks may delay refund processing.
